Central Business District Design & Planning Proposal in Kebon Nanas, Jakarta Timur. On approximately 10 Ha of Land Area, the project planned to serve needs of new business activities node in East of Jakarta. The Feasibility Study developed in collaboration with Procon Indah - Jones Lang Wooton, Jakarta. Project proposed by PT Kobame Propertindo in cooperation with Yayasan Karya Bakti - Golkar. 1997

Revitalization of Hotel Indonesia Complex-Jakarta. This is a tendered project by indonesian Ministry for Tourist and Telecomunication to revitalize Hotel Indonesia in Jl.Thamrin and transform it into Central Business District in the very heart of Jakarta. This project is integrated with planning of Subway (Mass Rapid Transit-MRT) which will have a transit stop in Bunderan HI infront of Hotel Indonesia. As a member of project team from PT Kobame Propertindo we prepare the proposal in collaboration with PT Atelier 6 Architect and McKerrel Linch Architect from Australia. 1997

Mal Cijantung-Jakarta Timur, a 6 floor Shopping Mall with approximately 30.000 sqm floor area.
acting as Design Coordinator. Responsible to develop TOR ( Term Of Reference) and manage and lead design team from several design-engineering consultant, which are PT Airmas Asri (Architect), PT Widyatama (Structural Engineer), PT Meltech Consultindo Nusa (M&E).
Project awarded to PT PP as General Contractor and as a design coordinator I should maintain coordination between planning and construction to make sure the building constructed properly as in specification and drawing.
Construction Completed in Mid 1998. Currently profitably operated with full occupancy of tenants such as: Mc Donalds, Cinema 21, Pizza Hut, Hoka Hoka Bento, Hero Supermarket, etc. Building owned by PT Kobame Propertindo. 1996

Semi Wet-Market, in collaboration with Bob Sadino (Kem Chick Supermarket- Kemang, Jakarta).
Semi Wet-Market is a meat & chicken wholesaler and retail shop with the ambience of Indonesian Traditional wet market which modernized for more sterill and comfortable fresh fish, chicken, meat and vegetables shopping place. Located in Mal Cijantung, Jakarta Timur. 1998

Swara Swalayan Supermarket, Owned by PT Kobame Propertindo. As a project team member we collaborated with PT Supersentra Retco for their expertise in Supermarket Design. This is a modern supermarket with high tech and high cost sophisticated supermarket equipment for serving cold storage for frozen food, baking cake and bread, chicken roasting, and fresh food showcase. The project spends USD 25 million,- in 1997.

Pasar Taluk Kuantan, a government project in Taluk Kuantan, Riau for Modernized Traditional Market. Land area 3 Ha. The design has won the tender and approved for construction for 3 years project duration. 2000

Transportation

Intermoda Station in BSD (Bumi Serpong Damai) Tangerang - is an interchange of transportation moda for commuters from Bumi Serpong Damai (Satellite Town of Jakarta) and surrounding area to Jakarta as a working area. The station accomodate the following vehicle: conventional train, bus, angkot, LRT(Light Weight Transit - Monorail) and safe car parking for commuters. This project made for Design Thesis in Architecture-ITB and based on BSD revised Master Plan. The design thesis passed the final exam with A grade in 1996. The design documentation adopted by BSD in it's planning office for future development. 1996

Review of proposed new international airport design in Sorong, Irian Jaya. The project initiated by local government to develop air traffic to Sorong which could accomodate wide body airplane. 2001

Analyze selection on construction method for faster, safer and more efficient process. Such as method in basement excavation, earth retaining system, pilling and foundation system, structure erection and material handling.
